Li Xijun
- Qin Shi Bu #74
李棲筠 1
琴史補 #74 2

Li Xijun This entry largely consists of a long quote from the Record of a Qin Gathering (Qin Hui Ji) by 柳識 Liu Shi (7th/8th c.).3

The original biography in Qin Shi Bu is as follows.

Li Xijun, style name 貞一 Zhenyi, was said to be from 趙 Zhao. He attained the rank of 御史大夫 Censor-in-Chief, with responsibility for 贊皇縣 Zanhuang district (western Hebei). He enjoyed encouraging expertise and took pleasure in people's skills, so within a short time all the gentlemen admired him and did not dare receive his criticism. They called him 贊皇公 Lord of Zanhuang.

"In 771 (this begins a long quote from Qin Hui Ji)...."

Based on what he said, 柳識 Liu Shi of 襄州 Xiangzhou wrote his 琴會記 Qin Hui Ji.3
