By 白云立 Bai Yunli |
離騷圖 #17
(In a dragon chariot Qu Yuan) roams off to get far away (line 340) |
(08.24 - 09.08 of the Li Sao recording)
Recalling Ling Fen's auspicious prediction (see #13), Qu Yuan again dresses in his finery and mounts a dragon chariot. He heads back to the Kunlun mountains at the western end of the universe. On this glorious trip, banners flying, he and his entourage enjoy celestial song and dance.
